Our CEO's Expertise
First and foremost Moni Hernandez is a single mom of 3 amazing girls and understands the importance of putting family first!
Starting her radio and advertising career in 2000, Moni worked in a variety radio formats and markets in the U.S that include: Salinas CA. | Reno, NV. | Bakersfield CA. | Fresno CA. | Burbank CA. | Los Angeles CA.| Colorado Springs CO.
In 2008 in Burbank CA. she was the assistant to the Vice-President of Clear Channel Communications and was on the team of pioneers of who is now known world wide as iHeart Media. That is where her passion for digital world was born.
In 2017
she landed a job for the only Spanish station in Colorado Springs as an on-air personality as well as a sales rep. She is now well known with the Hispanic community in Southern Colorado.
In 2019 she became a board member for The Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
In 2020 She became the Vice-Chair for the Chamber and in 2021 she was re-elected to be the Vice-Chair for the Chamber.
Moni has been an independent contractor for a Digital Marketing Agency for several years and
in 2021 she became one of the founders of VIVA Marketing and Consulting, now knows as VIVA Digital Marketing and Consulting.
In 2022, Moni became one of the founders of www.latinaequityfoundation.org and also founded www.fiestaspatriascolorado.com. Fiestas Patrias in it's first year almost hit 20,000 in attendance.
In 2023, Fiestas Patrias Colorado made history in its second year with over 43,000 people in attendance. Fiestas Patrias is expected to grow each year.
In 2024, Moni is expecting over 65,000 in attendance.
